      To continue with our story, on the 15^th August 2011, as our victim was trying to report the racist crimes (aka HATE CRIMES), PS Simpkins initially is manifesting an objective approach – as he tries to contact the offender Ms Christine Christie to find out why she has stolen the victim's belongings, but when he gets in touch with an offender who is part of a WHITE BRITISH RACE, an offender who provides him with false information, he knows it's a must do to lie and intimidate the victim and show support for the offender, offender who after all – is a member of the same race as he is.

Costin: I got this from the WHABAC ! And that is from the City Council ! They don’t advise me wrong, they told me what’s written in the law.
PS 3479 Simpkins: I told you Worcester Council aren’t good at laws. “A tenant is required two months written notice before they can be legally evicted from a property”
Costin: Yes !
PS 3479 Simpkins: That’s if you pay any rent; you haven`t been paying your rent.
Costin: I paid my rent.
PS 3479 Simpkins: Well he says that you haven’t. Listen, that is an issue for a Court to decide whether you’ve been paying any rent or not; not a criminal law; ok ?
Costin: Sir, they have sent me to the police because it’s my stuff …
PS 3479 Simpkins: You are not listening, are you ? You got to listen! If you haven`t paid your rent then he haw thrown you lawfully, OK ? I can’t do nothing till I get hold of him to say “why can’t he have his stuff back?”. Until I can speak to him.
Costin: Can you please call him on his land-line ?
PS 3479 Simpkins: I can’t use our system for landlords and stuff like that. Do you know his address ?
Costin: I’ve been told at the WHABAC to come here for help if I don`t get at 7 my stuff back !
PS 3479 Simpkins: Well, they advised you wrong and I will be looking to ring them back and tell them that. ve you your stuff back at 18:30, as arranged, with you on the phone, ok ?
Costin: We already agreed today!
PS 3479 Simpkins: The reason he has thrown you out is: 1 – you haven’t been paying your rent and secondly you had people living there, which shouldn’t be there as it’s a breach of the tenancy agreement.
Costin: So he mentioned that again !
PS 3479 Simpkins: So you go to Court tomorrow and say you want to pull a civil claim against your landlord. What you would do: you would fill the paperwork and that and eventually you and your landlord will be summoned in front of a Judge, where you will give your evidence and they will give their; it’s not a police, it has nothing to do about it; and whoever wins may get compensation, whoever loses will get evasive legal bill.
Costin: I got email, I know he lied to you again, I know he lied to you again, I got permission, written permission by email.
PS 3479 Simpkins: But at the end of the day, it’s not going to change anything, so turn there at 18:30 and get your stuff back.
Costin: Can I please get in writing that I came to make a complaint and I was refused for the following reasons ?
PS 3479 Simpkins: You haven’t been refused to make a complaint, there is no complaint to make, ok ?
Costin: Yes there is, I need my passport to go tomorrow…
PS 3479 Simpkins: And you will get it!
Costin: Tomorrow I need to go back to my country…
PS 3479 Simpkins: Then you need to ring, you need to ring the landlord and say …
Costin: I rang and he called me an “ass-h*ole” in front of the van driver!

Costin: Because I asked him for a court order !

PS 3479 Simpkins: Listen, this is not going any further, I give you my advice: you turn up to get your stuff back tomorrow.
Costin: Ok, please give me a written address of this.
PS 3479 Simpkins: I’m not giving you a written out of anything, that’s what he told you earlier on the phone, and you told me that as well.
Costin: I’ve shown it to you that at 15:15 I’ve spoken to him and he confirmed: “be here at 19:00”.
PS 3479 Simpkins: And he didn’t turn up, but then he rearranged for 6:30 tomorrow, is that right ?
