ReplyDeleteAnyone can lay an information at a Magistrates Court in respect of a criminal offence/breach of the criminla law to request the court to issue a warrant of arrest and/or summons for the attendance of that named person at court to answer the allegation. Common Law inalienable right....to bring a private criminal prosecution. You do not need the police or the CPS.
