C60080 Richard Miles and PC 2193 Kennet

The first trait of INSTITUTIONAL RACISM is obvious on the 16th August 2011, when both C60080 Richard Miles and PC 2193 Kennet, probably having been instructed before hand that they must not record a complaint – the two officers decide to provide false information whilst disregarding procedures.
