PS 3091 Carl Jones & PS 675 Ian Booth

On 15th December 2011, our victim attends an appointment with PS 675 Ian Booth and PS 3091 Carl Jones – who try to intimidate him by providing false information and refusing to follow procedures as they are mandatory under The Victims Code and Hate crime Report. Our victim is not allowed to raise a complaint with the police force; he is been told off because “it is a civil issue”.

Inspector Janet Heritage

25 November 2011 – Inspector Janet Heritage intimidates the victim by providing false criminal allegations against him! Procedures are still not followed; West Mercia Police Officers are still making new laws !!!

OMG !
This is literally the first case in modern times when a civilian enters a police station, infringes article 5 of The Public Order Act and gets away not being arrested !

WOW ! Mr Cercel is awesome … well, not that awesome, as he was neither rude, neither aggressive; unlike this other WHIITE BRITISH citizen:

OFF-TOPIC: other WHITE BRITISH residents threatening police

PC3050 DOIDGE

With a less combative and intimidating attitude, PC3050 DOIDGE, on the 5th November 2011 – fails to follow procedures and decides not to record the hate crimes for the simple fact that these “are not crimes” :

EVIDENCE:

TRANSCRIPTS:
PC3050 Doidge: None of this is a police matter; I don`t know why you’ve been sent here, I really don’t.
Costin: They sent me to get a reference number so that I can continue …
PC3050 Doidge: This isn’t … you can have a reference number but this won’t be something that the police will be looking into; it’s none of our business; it is a business which requires civil law which Harrison Clarks solicitors, Harrison do they ? They are dealing with your case. You claim you’ve been thrown out of this property illegally; she is telling that she’s done it legally and that will be sorted out by your solicitors in a …
Costin: I know sir, but she is basically sending me false documents.
PC3050 Doidge What you mean sending you false documents ?
Costin: Look at the date this letter was sent.
PC3050 Doidge: 6th of October.
Costin: On the 6th of October she sent me a formal notice for required possession of her property, property she illegally evicted me 3 months earlier.
PC3050 Doidge: Right!
Costin: This isn’t harassment ?
PC3050 Doidge: No it’s not harassment ! Not at all.
Costin: Are you sure ?
PC3050 Doidge: No, it’s a disagreement, it’s certainly not harassment; this is not a criminal exit.
Costin: Doesn’t that count as her husband …
PC3050 Doidge: We might be able to do that, but, it’s nothing the police will be involved in. I’m sorry to say you’ve come to the wrong people. The people that can help you sort this out are yoursolicitors.
Costin: Take into account the evidence  I was evicted.
PC3050 Doidge: The evidence to when you were removed ?
Costin Yes.
PC3050 Doidge: When you were removed or how you were removed is not a matter for the police, is it ? It’s a property and a tenant, so what happens between you is nothing to do with the police. All we would be interested is that you don’t beat the living days out of each other.
Costin: And how they threatened to do that isn’t it illegal ?
PC3050 Doidge: That’s the end of it! Please go back to the college, I am sorry I cannot help, but you’re just going around in circles. You are not gonna convince me that this is a criminal matter. I don`t think it is. On that basis we won’t be helping you. I am sorry, but if you have any direct threats from this lady, then yes, of course, we will help; however you haven’t. You received nothing but pleasant emails. That’s nothing but meetings to sort out problems of your eviction. That’s …
Costin: Did you had … And the fact that she is reading my mail ?
PC3050 Doidge: It makes absolute 0.
Costin: Can you please sign this here ?
PC3050 Doidge: You got the reference, cause it is there !
Costin: Yes, but the ladies at the reception told me that you are suppose to write …
PC3050 Doidge: Write what ?
Costin: Your name and your reference number or something like that.
PC3050 Doidge: The reference number is there. You want my name ? Well, this book is for a crime reference. Is there a crime ? There you go!
Costin: Thank you sir!
PC3050 Doidge : Thank you!

C60080 Richard Miles and PC 2193 Kennet

The first trait of INSTITUTIONAL RACISM is obvious on the 16th August 2011, when both C60080 Richard Miles and PC 2193 Kennet, probably having been instructed before hand that they must not record a complaint – the two officers decide to provide false information whilst disregarding procedures.

VIDEO EVIDENCE:

TRANSCRIPTS:
Costin: … can I see a Court order so that it’s not an illegal eviction ? And then she got upset and SHE called the police.
C60080 Richard Miles: What I would say is that we attended to prevent a breach of the peace, so anything getting out of hand, ok ? Anything else is a civil issue: so if you were to make a complaint against the …
Costin: No, no, all my belongings are inside that house.
C60080 Richard Miles: If you owe her rent, ok, she is entitled to keep those belongings until that is made;she can’t do anything with them, but she is entitled to keep those belongings …
Costin: Her throwing me out of the house without a Section 8 or Section 21 of The Housing Act or without a Court Order … no, two seconds; she was helped by the police; the police came and asked me to leave the house.
C60080 Richard Miles: Ok, right!
Costin: Can I please know the number of the three officers that came ?
C60080 Richard Miles: There was two; two books of log I got here.
Costin: There were three and an other Community Support Officer that helped them.
C60080 Richard Miles: All I can say is that we was called to prevent a breach of the peace, we’ve did that; ok ? any other issues you got, you need to get help from a solicitor or from the Citizens Advice, but if you got property there and you owe her rent, she is entitled to keep that until that debt is settled.
Costin: In the Housing Act there is no article …
C60080 Richard Miles: All this Housing Act is fine, but that’s a civil issue; that is something you will need to take up with a solicitor, so …
Costin: Ok, let me repeat again: I have my passport, all my documents and all my form of identification are in that house!
C60080 Richard Miles: Have you spoken with her since then to ask …
Costin: She was suppose to come yesterday but she didn’t came!
C60080 Richard Miles: OK! So today you’ve been to a solicitor then or the Citizens Advice ?
Costin: No, I couldn’t go to them.
C60080 Richard Miles: Ok, but you need to do that then, we can’t help you get your property back …
Costin: So the police can’t help me get my id back, no ? So if the police catches me on the street today, like in half an hour, they will ask me: “Where is your ID?”; “I don’t have them!”…
C60080 Richard Miles: Well, you got the reference number for what happened so we can check!
…......................................................................................................................................
PC Kennet 2193: It’s civil, it’s not police, it’s not criminal.
Costin: She stole my property !
PC Kennet 2193: No, she hasn`t! If you owe her her rent, she is legally able to hold some of your property until you are able to pay her back.
Costin: Of my identification documents ?
PC Kennet 2193: Ya!
C60080 Richard Miles: She’s agreed to meet you there at 18:30 today, so in a hours time …
Costin: Ok, can I have written …
PC Kennet 2193: No, it’s civil, so it’s nothing to do with us; he can’t have that, no, it’s civil matter, it’s not criminal matter, at the police station we deal with criminal matters…
Costin: Yes, I want to make a complaint about my property being taken.
PC Kennet 2193: It’s not criminal, it’s criminal; you need to go see a solicitor not a police officer!
